Description
This 25-year-old is another stunner from Springbank that was released in 2021 and drawn from 70% Sherry casks, 15% Bourbon casks and 15% Rum casks. It’s one of the flagship expressions in the Springbank stable and is in such hot demand that they barely make it on liquor shelves before they’re sold out.

Please note:
There is some cloudiness present in the spirit. This is due to ‘non-chill filtration’ with the haze exhibiting the esters, fatty acids and protein elements of the spirit. It may be aesthetically unpleasant for some, but if you appreciate flavour, this won’t concern you at all. 😉

Also, due to the nature of Springbank’s packaging, almost all their expressions arrive from the UK with minor wear and scuffing to the top of the front and rear labels. Unfortunately, not much can be done about it so please be aware of this fact prior to purchasing.
