Description
This 10-year-old single malt was made with ‘Belgravia’ barley that was grown within a few miles of Springbank on the Kintyre Peninsula at Glencraigs farm. The whisky was matured in ex-bourbon casks for a decade, before bottling on the 14th of December 2021. The distillery originally announced the Local Barly range as a 5-bottling series making this 2021 release quite the anomaly.

With a release of 15,000 bottles world-wide, the local barley range is trading for astronomical prices in the secondary market due to the overwhelming demand, and the minimal allocation Australia receives of this revered beauty only feeds into this narrative. We’re hoping this whisky reaches your lips to enjoy the quality of a quintessential Springbank rather than been flipped at the first opportunity.
