Nose: Briny sea spray and wet rope introduce a classic Campbeltown coastal vibe. Gentle smoke and peat mingle with rich fruit, vanilla fudge, raisin loaf, and a hint of dark chocolate. Subtle oak spice and cracked black pepper add depth.
Palate: Full-bodied and oily, with sweet malt, toffee, and sticky toffee pudding notes. Bright candied citrus and tropical fruits lift the richness, while sea salt, pepper, and warm oak spice enhance complexity.
Finish: Long and warming, with lingering peat smoke, and maritime salinity.

This Springbank 12-Year-Old Cask Strength, matured in 65% ex-bourbon, 30% sherry, and 5% rum casks, is free from artificial colouring, delivering pure, authentic Campbeltown character. The 5% rum cask addition, carried over from the 2024 release, makes Batch 27 stand out, offering a distinctive twist on Springbank’s renowned 12-year-old cask strength for whisky lovers across Australia.
Please note: Some Springbank labels almost always arrive from the UK with minor scuffing and signs of wear on the top of the front labels. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable so please take careful consideration of this fact prior to purchasing.
