Springbank is the oldest independent family-owned distillery in Scotland. Located on the southern Kintyre Peninsula, it’s one of three operating distilleries in Campbeltown where all its whisky from malting to bottling is produced on the distilleries property.
The distillery is well respected amongst lovers of single malt scotch and this 15-year-old single malt, finished in Oloroso sherry casks certainly won’t disappoint. It’s unique when compared to its 10-year-old younger sibling and it’s definitely a dram worthy of your attention. Best enjoyed as the perfect after dinner pour or with your favourite cigar.

NOSE: Dark chocolate, mint and orange with hints of vanilla.
PALATE: Oily! Salt and spice with honey and orange-bitterness
FINISH: Long and dry with a little tart and lots of pepper
