Now here’s one hell of a conversation whisky and your chance to purchase the inaugural batch of Cutler & Stubbs blended whisky from That Boutique-y Whisky Company.

Part of the line-up for the collaboration event between Whisky Uncovered/TBWC and Big Sam Young’s ‘S’more bistro’ in Castlecrag NSW held on the 30th of April 2023, guests were able to have first crack at purchasing this 42-year-old blend that was laid down in 1976 before it was offered for general sales if any stock remains available.

TBWC tells us about the label:
“The inspiration for this label came from classic Scotch labels of yesteryear. All those wonderful words; “Choice” “Old” “De Luxe” and “Extra Old”. We’ve managed to get three of the whisky team onto this label, including one who has left us recently… OH MY GHOSH”.
