Here’s an independent single malt from the highly regarded new distillery from Kristy Booth-Lark, daughter of Aussie whisky legend, Bill Lark. The new-make spirit was distilled before the distillery building even existed and bottlings like this from the early days of Killara are extremely limited. Kristy was previously Head Distiller, and General Manager at Lark, creating many of their most lauded expressions. She’s a ‘one woman band’, and a champion of women in distilling, having founded the Australian Women in Distilling Association.

We’re offering these beauties at limited to one per Customer as one of the most anticipated Australian independent releases ever to grace our sun-drenched shores!

“Although she’s been around whisky, and distillation all her life, Kristy originally wanted to be an Air Traffic Controller. Our label has Kristy manning an air traffic control tower, however the planes look very much like flying copper pot stills. In fact, the whole control tower construction seems to be from copper. The Southern Cross is clearly visible in the night sky and there’s a lark sat a top of one of the screens, proudly looking down”.
