Description
From Master Distiller Billy Walker, the man who brought us the GlenDronach and BenRiach, has now delivered us this stunning GlenAllachie 25-year-old. Matured in ex-Bourbon American oak, the whisky was then finished in a combination of hogsheads and puncheons that formerly held Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry. Like all GlenAllachie whiskies, this expression is non-chill-filtered with no added colouring and bottled at a slightly higher 48% ABV.

Colour: Beaten Copper.
Nose: Sweet spices, marmalade and sultanas balanced in total harmony.
Palate: Lashings of sultanas, pineapples and dark chocolate, followed by layers of Christmas cake, marmalade and sweet spices.
