Bottling Notes

This is the 2nd Edition of the Single Vintage 1992 release following on from the 1st Vintage that was released in 2004. John Ramsey, the Malt Master at the time suggested some of the whisky needed more time in the cask and 10 years later, the whisky was deemed perfect for bottling resulting in this 2nd Edition.

Unchill-filtered and natural in colour, this 2nd Edition was aged in a mixture of Sherry Butts and American Hogsheads and bottled at 44.3%, a higher strength than the 1st edition, giving it even greater intensity and a richer character.
