Description
Laying undisturbed in the same casks for a quarter of a century, this distinguished 25-year-old single malt was matured exclusively in handpicked, Oloroso sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez-Spain, resulting in complex single malt whisky characterised by its rich flavours and depth of complexity.
Housed in a robust, laser etched, solid oak coffin-box, there’s not too much to say about this bottling as Macallan fans worldwide know it literally speaks for itself.
Interesting fact: The Macallan now label their age-statement whisky from the date of release rather than the date of distillation.
