PALATE. Austere, quite dry for an instant, then lots of life bursts though. Bubble gum, lemon, brittle toffee.
FINISH. Lengthy and sophisticated. Less bourbon influence and fewer negative wood factors here. Sustained spice and pepper. Rating 90 points
