This second edition bottling from the Macallan Edition series follows on from Edition No.1 that was released in 2015 as an annual, very limited release. This time around, Master Whisky Maker Bob Dalgarno has collaborated with 3 famous Spanish restaurateurs to create an exquisite single malt that was aged in a combination of European and American oak casks.
Limited to one per Customer
NOSE: An alluring mix of milk chocolate, brown sugar and maple syrup followed by fresh berries and lemon zest.
PALATE: Warm woody notes followed by raisins, figs and cinnamon. Then burnt toast and ginger.
FINISH: Medium with spice and oak shadowed by lemon and ginger.
