Here’s the second Batch in the Macallan Rare Cask series that was released in late 2019. It’s a uniquely balanced yet complex single malt where only the finest casks are hand-picked at the perfect point of maturation. Just like Batch No.1 that was released in early 2019, it represents the volume of only 50 European sherry seasoned oak butts.
Rare Cask’s rich mahogany-red whisky showcases two of The Macallan’s greatest and most defining strengths – sherry seasoned oak casks and natural colour.
