Description
For the fifth release in The Macallan Harmony Collection, the Whisky Mastery Team turns to the delicate world of single garden tea, partnering with JING Tea, renowned curators of some of the finest and most distinctive teas on the planet.
Matured mostly in sherry-seasoned American oak casks, this single malt is bursting with fruity, floral character, perfectly balanced by sherry-seasoned European oak that brings roasted depth and a gentle astringency. A whisper of ex-bourbon casks adds a final layer of sweetness, echoing the dessert-like aromas found in the tea that inspired this limited-edition whisky.

In homage to the world of tea, waste tea leaves deemed unsuitable for consumption have been thoughtfully incorporated in the paper of the presentation box of Harmony Collection inspired by Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea.
