Official tasting notes.
Nose: Very nutty and only slightly winey, on top of the fragrant notes of breakfast cereals that are so typical of this distillery.
Palate: Starts on the trademark notes that are expected from Fort William: again cereals, and a touch of candied orange and marzipan. Medium bodied, but also fresh with toasted pastry notes.
Finish: Towards the end, it grows drier, spicier, even more toasted, with a nice contrast between honey and salted peanuts.

The first cask was drier, with the second cask offering darker notes and toasted cereals. Experience the perfect marriage of two exceptional sherry casks, united to produce one remarkable bottling for discerning drinkers and collectors.
