Nose: It starts out very delicate, with vanilla, banana, creamy malty sweetness, but then the slightly acidic note of peaches, propolis, and delicate oak will compensate the initial gentle approach.
Palate: Develops over time: yellow fruits, honey, plenty of beeswax, cereals, and then it builds in intensity with pepper, a touch of tannins, lemon peel, still creamy but increasingly dry and mineral.
Finish: A slightly balsamic note.
