Westland American Single Malt Whiskey

The Westland Distillery was founded in 2010 by Master Distiller Matt Hofmann and Emerson Lamb in Seattle, Washington where they distil American whiskey in the single malt style made famous by the Scots. The distillery boasts a portfolio of quality single malt whiskies and are best known for their commitment in showcasing the unique terroir of the Pacific Northwest where the ever-changing climate and rich landscape is ideally suited for the production of single malt whiskey. The distillery is blessed to be located in one of the best barley-growing regions in the world, the Pacific Northwest, and is also renowned for its pristine water, sourced from the Cascade Mountains, all these elements coming together to make some seriously tasty Westland whiskey.
