Description
Limited to only 200 barrels worldwide, we’ve imported a limited number of Jack Daniels Barrel Proof Rye from the US that will no doubt disappear off our virtual shelves soon after we list them.

Jack Daniel’s have taken the road less travelled with this rye expression with a mash bill not used since Prohibition consisting of 70% rye, 18% corn and 12% malt. The mashbill is rye heavy which is music to our impressionable taste buds which means heavy on the spice with a tempered sweetness on the back end of the palate. Aged on the highest floors of the Jack Daniel’s barrel houses, the ABV from each barrel will slightly vary as the precious liquid is taken straight from the barrel to the bottle – Our stock various from 65%alc (130 proof) and incrementally higher.
