This is the new release, second-generation Barrel Proof  bottle from Jack Daniels with new gold front label that replaces the first-generation black front label.
Barrel Proof is the rawest expression of what the Jack Daniels distillery is all about. The whiskey is released into the bottle directly from the finest barrels located on the top floors of the Jack Daniel’s barrelhouses.
Unfiltered and uncut, it packs serious grunt and yet is subtlety smooth. It’s everything we love about Jack Daniel’s turned up to 11.

New collectors please note:  Barrel Proof is bottled between 125 proof (62.5%alc) and 140 proof (70%alc) so the proof, batch and barrel numbers will vary from bottle to bottle depending on which barrel they’ve been bottled from.
