This special bottling was released in 1993 for the first time in limited numbers to the Japanese market only and is said to contain some of the best whiskey that Jack Daniels has to offer as it was rested in barrels and placed with the Silver Select casks in preferential areas of the barrelhouse for optimum maturation.

Mr Jack Daniels was known to save some of his best whiskey to share with friends and the good folks at the distillery are doing it all over again with this appropriately named Master Distiller bottle.
