NOSE. Lots of sweet vanilla and toffee with a touch of molasses and spice
PALATE. Cinnamon and honey dominate followed by spice, a dab of oak and dark fruit.
FINISH. Medium and warm – Like melted toffee apple caught in a swirl of caramel.
