Description
Rare to our Australian shores, Rock Hill Farms bourbon whiskey is named after a stretch of rich farmland along the Kentucky River where the distillery utilises the limestone waters to create delicious whiskey. Rock Hill Farms is part of the rare and popular Buffalo Trace Mashbill #2 single barrel series that includes Elmer T. Lee and Blanton’s.
Mashbill #2 is generally accepted as being a higher rye mashbill than regular BT Mashbill #1. As a general rule, these whiskeys employ approx. 12-16% of rye in their mashbill resulting in a well-balanced and nuanced drinking experience.
