Nose: Sweet and fruity on the nose, with tart lime marmalade notes. A faint aroma of fresh cut pine and tropical fruit adds a delicate malt finish.
Palate: A warm roundness encompassing the whisky with character of a tangy dried fruit medley. A hint of vanilla bean, taking you on a long, sweet fruity journey.
Finish: A beautiful long finish with a taste of dried mixed fruit. Lingering with notes of apricot and peaches with a warming finish.

Description:
Thirty Six Short (36-S) is a hand crafted, barrel aged and matured single-malt made with the finest Australian malted barley, with water sourced from the underground aquifer that runs directly underneath the distillery, to produce an exceptional Australian whisky.
This inaugural release was distilled in the 36 S 1200 litre Copper Pot Still, ‘Pando’, (named in tribute to their father) and then transferred to locally sourced Shiraz Barrels before a further resting period in Kentucky Bourbon Barrels to add complexity and then once again returned to the Shiraz barrels to complete the maturation process. A modern yet balanced whisky suitable for all occasions.
