The Governors Reserve Part 1 is the second bottling from a 3-part series. It was hand-picked by Head Distiller, Josh Walker and limited to only 95 bottles. It’s a complex single malt cut at 56.3%alc and laid to rest in American oak ex-bourbon cask and a French oak ex-port cask.
It’s one of the rare offerings from Timboon that rarely comes up for sale due to the scarcity of the whisky.
