Here’s a Peated Port cask from Adam’s unique Slosh Cask program, a marriage of 225L port casks, only partially filled with med/heavy peat new make spirit. Due to the half fill and the sloshing process the spirit is exposed to twice the barrel char, this will pull a more of the peat out of the spirit than traditional full cask maturing.
This is a close relation to the Award-Winning Best Whisky in the Southern Hemisphere 2021 Peated Port.
