Already a sell-out at the distillery, the Backwoods team have used three varieties of Australian grown and malted barley. It’s a vatting of three 100L casks – French Oak ex-Muscat, American Oak ex-whisky/wine, French Oak ex-wine. The distillery decided to release two different ABV’s for this Batch #3 @ this 47% alc and another @ 55% alc (also available on our virtual shelves).
