This award-winning Backwoods Rye Whisky is crafted from a mash bill of 100% Aussie grains including malted rye, barley, winter wheat & chocolate roasted malt and is a vatting of three American Oak, ex-Aussie Cabernet casks. It’s a celebration expression of sorts released as their 4th Rye whisky coinciding with the distillery’s 4th birthday.
