Description:
Already a sell-out at the distillery, the Backwoods team have used three varieties of Australian grown and malted barley in their mashbill before laying the new-make spirit to rest in ex-Apera casks. The distillery decided to release two different ABV’s for this Batch #5 at 48% alc and another at 58% alc (also available on our virtual shelves).
The distillery’s small batch whiskies are incredibly popular and always sell out, so be quick with these beauties because we have some of the only stock available in Australia.
