Description:
Already a sell-out at the distillery, this single malt was handcrafted from grain to glass by the team at Backwoods. To start, they used a mash bill of 100% Australian farmed and malted grains from the Riverina region and then chose a vatting of two American Oak casks and ex-Aussie Cabernet casks to create this distinctive Aussie whisky that the distillery calls “The perfect pairing of spirit and cask”.
