This award-winning Backwoods Rye Whisky is crafted from the distillery’s signature Rye mash bill of 100% Aussie grains including malted rye, barley, winter wheat & chocolate roasted malt that was matured in American Oak, ex-Australian red wine casks that once held both Scotch whisky and bourbon. As all Backwoods expressions, the whisky is bottled non-chill-filtered and with no added colour.
