Description:
Released in March 2023, this is one huge rye with great complexity and a wonderfully integrated palate for such a high ABV. The whisky was handcrafted from a unique mash bill of Australian heritage rye grain, winter wheat, malted barley and chocolate malt. Matured in a Rutherglen Tawny cask and bottled at a cask strength, there aren’t many left in the wild.
