Description:
Sold out at the distillery, the owners of Backwoods Distilling Co. (Bree and Leigh Atwood) sent us an allocation for any of our supporters who may have missed out on the release. It’s a rare little single malt that was originally bottled as a distillery door exclusive. But, due to the lockdowns, the team decided to push a small release online.

The Distillery comments:
“This is a single cask bottling, selected by our distiller (Leigh) as a personal fave. Why was it chosen? Well, this cask has had quite the journey. Starting life as a Bourbon cask, it then travelled over to Scotland for a few years, then made its way to the Barossa to be filled with Aussie Shiraz. And finally, to the Backwoods bond store”.
