Description:
We’ve just unleashed a bunch of these 4-year-old Backwoods beauty’s that are long sold out having been first released in June 2023. The schooner variety barley was smoked with red gum wood, post malting. This was done to create a uniquely Australian smokey flavour. The spirit was then matured in a single 200 litre, American oak, first-fill cask that was sourced from Whipper Snapper distillery in Western Australia that previously held corn whisky (Upshot).
