Description:
This is the very first Backwoods Rye release featuring spirit aged in American oak, ex-Australian corn whiskey casks sourced from Whipper Snapper Distillery in Western Australia. Matured for over 3 years, this rye is crisp, spicy and earthy from the 60% rye mash bill, which is followed by soft florals and cereal sweetness. Bottled at 54% ABV – a winner!
