Our Tasting Notes
NOSE: A sweet delight! Lashings of honey followed by vanilla toffee, white chocolate and cinnamon – Summer flowers shining through around the edges.
PALATE: Packs quite the punch. Dry with lots of spice on the tongue, more honey – butterscotch, leading to oak and distant leather with a white chocolate crescendo.
FINISH: The cask strength works best on the long and spicy finish.
