Official tasting notes. (Drinks Tasmania)
“Fresh limes, fizzy sherbet and sour-peach candy notes tingle on the tongue over the farmyard hay, green tea and light white pepper spice that is synonymous with oat spirit. Lashings of treacle sweetness balance-out the scorched toffee tones from that infamous flamethrower hotspot on the Belgrove copper-pot still. The finish lingers with a showering of lemon tart covered in rosewater syrup, all while with those hints of sour lollies are still stuck in your teeth.
This is one of the most delightful and unique whiskies we have ever tasted! Don’t miss out”.
