With all-natural barley, yeast, water and barrels, Chief’s Son Distillery is leaving a pretty big mark in an ever-expanding Australian whisky scene and this Sweat Peat expression is proof of that. With no additives or colouring, it’s a creamy and complex single malt whisky brimming with tempered, earthy peat. All matured in ex fortified French Oak Barrels with a very limited run of only 86 bottles.
