Now here’s a rare gem that you definitely won’t see every day from Corowa Distilling Co.
Unchill-filtered with no added colour, this cask strength, single malt whisky expression was distilled at Sullivan’s Cove distillery in 2000 and then laid to rest for 16 years before been bottled in June 2016. One of the first indie Sullivans Cove expressions matured in an ex-bourbon barrel with 189 bottles available worldwide. This is also one the oldest Australian whiskies to have hit the market to date.

Reports have it they have two more cask of Sullivan’s Cove quietly maturing, then that’s it.

This offering is a museum release expression that we secured from a private, established collector and we only have the one bottle to sell.
