The small team at Craft Works distillery have been super busy of late releasing beautiful independent bottlings and original expressions of their own whisky…. which brings us to ‘GT’. Another original bottling from the distillery going with their new-make spirit using the ‘I Am’ flavour profile that has been really successful for the brand.
Owner and Distiller Craig ‘Crafty’ Field comments;
“GT a very special cask as it’s the first of our Wombat Works Series , the special releases that are outside our standard releases. GT is named by my master cooper, my mate and mentor Andrew Young aka Youngy as this is a 3 year trial we did using a variation of our usual toast and char.
It’s an exciting release as this sets the course for our future direction of the I AM… releases”.
