‘Time & Wages Bumblebee’ is another vibrant whisky expression from Craft Works Distillery that marks their 3rd original bottling release. Crafty (owner and distiller) distilled his own signature new-make spirit that went in to his original I Am and I Am Too expressions. He then matured the liquid in a heavy char, 100L, American white oak, PX old wood Spanish Sherry cask. Only 171 bottles were produced that is now a sell-out at the distillery.

This reminds me of fresh bread, real butter lathered with single source honey. A great dram to end off the day. Dark honey, chocolate, malt – But here’s the craft. Not overly sweet. Bundy on for this beauty – your time will be well rewarded.
