Here’s another vibrant independent whisky release from Craft Works Distillery that makes for the perfect evening dram as the cold Aussie weather approaches.
Crafty (owner and distiller) sourced his new-make spirit from an undisclosed Southern NSW distillery and matured it at his distillery in Capertee NSW, in a heavy char, 100L French Oak Tokay wine cask. Only 230 bottles were produced that Crafty calls “sweet, juicy marmalade”.
