This independent bottling from Craig ‘Crafty’ Field used spirit (new-make) sourced from an undisclosed distillery in Sydney, with the spirit laid to rest in a heavy char, 100 litre French oak, ex-pinot cask procured from Tasmania for two and a half years.
Reviews of this expression have been glowing with many in the industry, including seasoned whisky drinkers calling it one of the best IB releases to come out of the distillery to date.
