Official tasting notes.
Raspberry sorbet in a waffle cone, drizzled with spicy raspberry compote. Light touches of smoke, a slight must and French polish on a vintage card table make for a very refined experience.

Aged in a sherry cask for just over 3 years and bottled at a cask strength of 68.2% ABV, this expression contains the highest alcohol content of all 22 Dark Valley releases that came before it. The small batch release is dedicated to all artists, great and small!
Dark Valley comments:
“An artist takes a blank canvas and creates something complex, detailed and unique. Similarly, the whisky maker plies their artistry in the stillhouse and the warehouse, conjuring up something amazing from just water, barley and yeast. Despite the same equipment, ingredients and people being involved in the process, no two casks are the same. A malt that has been uniquely crafted like a painter creates their masterpiece.”
