The team at Dark Valley dedicate this whisky to the Solicitor’s Robe, a robe that represents the tradition of law, a timeless profession of proven methods to endure our changing world. While the law adapts, traditions remain, very much like whisky and the traditional methods that are used to make it. Here’s a whisky to celebrate that some things in our lives should never change.

To create this whisky, Dark Valley sourced ‘new make’ from the Adams Distillery in Perth, Tasmania that was distilled in June 2016, and then matured the spirit in a 20L ex-bourbon cask at their custom build facility in Malbina, Tasmania.
Congratulations to Dark Valley who were announced INDEPENDENT BOTTLER OF THE YEAR in the Non-Scotch category at the 2019 Independent Bottlers Challenge in the class that included Australia, India, Japan, Taiwanese and other European whisky. Great work team!
