The first ever release from Derwent Distilling Co.
A single cask expression matured in a specially selected 60 -year-old Portuguese Port cask, recoopered to a 20L capacity. Robbie Gilligan charred the barrel himself at Tasmanian cask Company and filled it with new-make spirit he distilled at the Old Kempton Distillery using 100% Tasmanian malted barley.
The spirit is quintessentially Robbie’s, having done his own wash runs, spirit runs and cuts to determine the type of spirit he wanted
