Description:
It’s no secret that we’re huge fans of Bourbon Cask, single malt whisky and it’s also no secret that Hobart whisky has a ravenous appreciation for American Oak Ex-Bourbon casks. It’s kind of a ‘whisky’ match-made in heaven in our opinion.

This 11th release of Hobart Whisky’s ‘Signature Series’ is a marriage of small, carefully selected American oak ex-bourbon casks. The range will utilise an individual batch numbering system and universal barcode. It’s a satisfying light single malt that delights with a solid malty foundation, some gentle spice and a long, complex finish.

The Distillery Comments:
“We have decided not to restrict the abv to a particular percentage and instead we are aiming to always cut our Signature release to between 46% and 50%. This however means that each batch abv % will vary slightly”
