Description:
There are so many reasons why Dobson’s Distillery is one of our Aussie favourites. They’re quirky, individual and create beautiful double and triple distilled single malt that is affordable and bottled at 750ml. Their whiskies are representative of a developing New England Highland style with a Celtic-Irish influence. (Note their whiskey is spelt with an ‘e’).

‘La Strada’ is Italian for The Road and the whiskey is a double-distilled marriage of French Oak (Chardonnay), followed by American oak (Bourbon) and finished in Sherry oak. Sold out at the distillery, the Dobson’s have sent a parcel our way for our virtual shelves.
