There’s some serious magic happening in the foothills of kunanyi (aka Mt. Wellington), Tasmania. It’s where Dale Williams ardently plies his trade at Wellington Park distillery bottling delicious single cask whisky using some of the freshest water in the world.

This limited release single malt whisky was matured in a French Oak ex Muscat Cask using Eden’s award-winning new make spirit that was awarded Gold at the 2023 World Whisky Awards as Australia’s best NMS in its category. Sold out at the distillery, it’s a true small batch whisky that only yielded 16 bottles and Dale has sent his remaining stock our way for our supporters to enjoy as well.
