This Fannys Bay Pinot Shiraz Barrel “Cask Strength” Tasmanian whisky is a very limited expression from Mathew and Julie Cooper who run a bespoke, family-owned distillery on the Northern coastal waters of Tasmania. The lightly peated spirit has been aged in Shiraz barrel number 98 which yielded 30 bottles at a cask strength of 63.4% alc.
