This Fannys Bay Sherry Barrel “Cask Strength” Tasmanian whisky is a very limited expression from Mathew and Julie Cooper who run a bespoke, family owned distillery on the Northern coastal waters of Tasmania. The whisky has been aged in sherry barrel number 26 which only yielded 35 bottles at a cask strength of 61% alc.
