Here we have Fossey’s first ever Independant bottling, port cask, single malt whisky release that was distilled off-site by highly-rated whiskey-maker, Brian Hollingworth at his Black gate Distillery on behalf of Steve Timmis, owner and distiller of Fossey’s Ginporium. Each bottle is individually signed and numbered by the distiller and with a run of only 100 bottles, don’t miss out on adding this gem to your collection or drinking stock today.
Stay tuned for Fossey’s very own Mildura-made whiskey that was distilled on-site by Steve Timmis that will be available around 2021 as the spirit has just been laid to rest.
